Had a wonderful stay. Great pet friendly option! We appreciated the communication leading up to our stay. Linens were stain free and fresh, gave us hotel vibes! The purpose of our trip was to have our extended family the opportunity to meet our 5 month old so we communicated with host that people would be stopping in to meet her and it was a wonderful space for memories to be made. Would definitely return in the future visits to Rochester.

Location was convenient for visiting our son. The layout was nice and we like the two queen beds in the bedroom. There is road noise in the living area but the bedroom is quiet.

Nice quiet weekend away in a clean and hospitable place.
Location near local restaurants with historic charm.
Would be great during a summer trip, or if you want to fish - the pond always had people there across the street.

Super helpful instructions especially as we came in late at night. The place is adorable and the pineapple touches were so cute. Very clean. Wish we had more time to explore the area but had a few places you could eat at in walking distance. Just know this is in the second floor. Would book again if ever in the area. Thanks!
